Bringing together local and diverse perspectives is the key to building sustainable initiatives that truly serve our community— collaboration is the only way forward to achieve real change.
We are grateful to have partners and supporters who have sustainability and food justice built into their DNA.
We celebrated the progress that everyone is making and demonstrated the humanity in our community. We are grateful to our changemakers and are honored to call them our friends.
We could not be more grateful to our farm partner, @thebatterynyc an educational farm that models organic food production and ecological design for their partnership and support.
Chef Naomi Lawrence @buck_ets_ and team for a thoughtful heritage cooking inspired zero waste dinner.
@natoora for locally grown produce.
@flos for setting the mood for the evening.
@arches.global and @farfarm.co for the cotton shirts, grown within a holistic system that conserves and regenerates the soil.
@tabayer for reminding us that jewelry can be and should be ethical and sustainable.
