Cucumber & Eggplant

 
 

CUCUMBER

Refreshing and nutritious, cucumbers are rich in Vitamin K which is great for bone health along with some benefits of Vitamin C and A, which help with immunity and skin.

Great in sandwiches and salads, or a nice tangy snack when pickled. Add to your smoothies or use as a base for a dip. They’re perfect for adding a fresh and cool flavor to any dish.

EGGPLANT

Eggplants are rich in antioxidants, fiber and provide vitamins K, C, and B for bone, immune, and brain health.

A truly heart-healthy vegetable, eggplants are great grilled, sautéed, stuffed, roasted or blended. They absorb flavors beautifully, providing a rich and sometimes smokey flavor.
